The Rivers Edge Board of Directors have developed a formal written policy and procedure to enforce and bring violations of the CC&R’s into compliance in a timely manner. This Board Resolution is established in accordance to Idaho State Statutes. Please take a moment to become familiar with the possible consequences if a lot is found to be in habitual non-compliance. Enforcement using this Resolution will begin January 1, 2019. The goal of the Board is compliance rather than fines.
