Special Notice to Owners and Occupants – Owners, please advise your tenants.
Arrow Concrete and Asphalt will complete the following road work on Monday, June 18, 2018, 8:30am – 5:00pm:
- Asphalt repairs at curb cuts (scuppers) along the planter/wall area; and
- Asphalt repairs where low spots are located at 3882 Shoreview and 3766 Shoreview.
Arrow Concrete and Asphalt will complete the following road work on Tuesday-Thursday, Sept. 11-13, 8:30am – 5:00pm:
- Sealcoating and Cracksealing on Tuesday; Road will remain closed on Wednesday and Thursday morning.
All residents are asked to follow the directions of the workers in a courteous and helpful manner. Please observe the traffic cones and signs indicating what areas to avoid and where to park.
When the road is closed in September, owners will not receive UPS packages, mail delivery, or Fed Ex delivery. Access will be through the walk-in gate on the sidewalk only.
