Builders and Subcontractors
Please consider the following rules and courtesies developed from the Rivers Edge CC&Rs’. This is the document that regulates homeowners, guests and workers in this development.
- Parking:
- No overnight on-street parking shall be allowed in the neighborhood nor shall parking be allowed in cul-de-sacs. Work trucks are to be parked outside the master gate at the north side curb on the public street without blocking the gate entrance.
- Noise:
- No use or discharge of any radio, loudspeaker, horn, whistle, bell or other sound-producing device, so as to be audible to occupants of other dwelling units.
- According to the City of Coeur d’Alene ordinances, work hours are from 7:00am to 10:00pm.
- Obstructions:
- There will be no obstruction of any walkways or paths or interference with the free use of those walkways and paths. This would include storing “porta potties” on the walkways. Porta potties shall be stored on the front yard of the lot having work completed.
- Offensive Activity:
- No obnoxious or offensive activity shall be carried on within the property so as to constitute a public nuisance.
- This includes normal neighborhood annoyances as well as using profanity.
- Please ensure a professional environment for workers and homeowners.
- Job Site Maintenance:
- All job sites are expected to be kept clean and orderly during and after the work is completed for the day.
- Building supplies shall not be stored on the street.
- Storage containers (PODs) are discouraged as a courtesy.
- No obnoxious or offensive activity shall be carried on within the property so as to constitute a public nuisance.
